What a treat! Laura and Cory chose the Platte River Fort in northern Colorado as a backdrop for their wedding vows. I describe this venue as country elegance. It includes barn doors, twinkle lights, bronze and granite accents. It matched Laura and Cory’s style perfectly! The sky was overcast, so everything was moved inside of the barn. Smart move! Just as the ceremony began, umbrellas opened up to keep the wedding party dry as they walked from the changing rooms to the alter. So pretty! Reflections, smiles, giggles, It was such an honor to be part of this beautiful wedding. Even more enjoyable? The couple, their attendants, and everyone included in this special day were amazing. Their love was contagious. Grandparents danced with toddlers, groomsmen toasted and teased, bridesmaids joined the bride for group hugs. Wishing you a wonderful start to your chapter as husband and wife.
Since the rain added a romantic touch to the atmosphere, a few of the portraits were edited with an artistic element or two. Not many of course. The majority of their images will capture all of the emotional details from their facial expressions and be included into a DVD with music. I hope you found the day as magical as I did. Congratulations!
